Neighborhood knowledge - who fixes what, what stood here before, when the market runs, how the flood went - lives in aging heads and dying Facebook groups. The Local Wiki Terminal is a weatherproof street kiosk holding an offline wiki about a one-kilometer radius, editable at the screen, moderated by the branch librarian.
