A matching platform where two professionals in comparable roles - a baker in Porto, a baker in Kyoto; two ER nurses; two city archivists - trade jobs, homes and routines for a season. Employers keep a seat filled, workers come back changed, and both companies gain a trained outside pair of eyes.

The Long Story
