The Vision
Demolition is mining without a map. A material passport - filed at permit time, updated at renovation - records what every building contains and how it comes apart: the steel tonnage, the timber grades, the bolt-versus-weld decisions. Fifty years later, the wrecking ball becomes a harvest plan.
