Home kitchens are the most duplicated, least used infrastructure in any city. The Block Kitchen is a licensed commercial kitchen at street level - bookable by the hour for batch cooking, canning weekends, supper clubs and the neighbor who cooks for elders every Thursday. The laundromat model, applied to food.
