The Vision
Northern cities solved winter loneliness centuries ago and then forgot: heat, wood, strangers, silence. The Civic Sauna Network puts small timber saunas on plazas beside tram stops - municipal like a library, priced like a bus ticket, open late. The commute home gains a third place that asks nothing of you but presence.
