The Vision

Governments are the biggest furniture, vehicle and electronics buyers in most countries - and almost everything they buy is new. The Second-Hand First Law flips the default: every public purchase must first document that no refurbished option met the need. One procurement rule, and the used market gains its anchor customer.

Main Features

  1. 01REFURBISHED-FIRST CHECK ON EVERY PUBLIC TENDER
  2. 02CERTIFIED REFURBISHER REGISTRY PER CATEGORY
  3. 03PUBLIC DASHBOARD: PERCENT BOUGHT USED, PER AGENCY
  4. 04SAVINGS SPLIT BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND THE REGISTRY
